EPA's Chief Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) has rejected Bayer CropScience's appeal of EPA's cancellation of the pesticide flubendiamide after finding the company failed to comply with its conditional pesticide registration, backing EPA's novel process to quickly cancel pesticides and upholding EPA's ban on sales of existing flubendiamide stocks.
