EPA's Office of Administrative Law Judges (ALJ) has scheduled a rare hearing for pesticide producer Bayer CropScience to challenge the agency's plan to cancel the pesticide flubendiamide, though the company is arguing that EPA's plan is based on “unlawful” authority and is calling for a more in-depth ALJ review process.
