EPA's Environmental Financial Advisory Board (EFAB) is raising concerns over the scope of recommendations the agency is seeking as it prepares to stand up its new Water Infrastructure and Resiliency Finance Center, suggesting the charge questions are too general and may be too far-reaching for the board to provide meaningful input.
