Environmentalist are ramping up calls for a total EPA ban on coal tar sealants following a settlement with the agency in which it agrees that facilities using the sealants will not be able to obtain coverage under the next iteration of its industrial stormwater multi-sector general permit (MSGP) scheduled for proposal in 2019.
