EPA Eyes Corn, 'Other Uses' In Pesticide-Treated Seed Efficacy Reviews

An EPA official says the agency is expanding its effort to assess the efficacy of a class of pesticide-treated seeds in improving crop yields beyond soybeans to include corn and "other uses of neonicotinoids," as part of an effort to weigh the potential benefits of the pesticides against the potential risks to pollinators.
