EPA, OMB Strike Deal On TSCA Rules For Nano Data After Years Of Delay

After four years, EPA appears to have reached a compromise with the White House Office of Management & Budget (OMB) on how to gather data on nanomaterials, and will first seek information on nanomaterials already in commerce before considering whether to seek data on new uses of the substances, says an industry source.
