The White House Office of Management & Budget (OMB) is reviewing two long-pending EPA draft guidance documents for assessing and mitigating vapor intrusion from chlorinated solvents and petroleum hydrocarbons, signaling the agency may soon finalize policies that cleanup experts expect will be a "game changer" at contaminated sites due to likely increased cleanup liability.
