Fearing Leaks, EPA Seeks Extensive Inspections For Corroding Diesel USTs

EPA is urging the owners of hundreds of thousands of diesel underground storage tanks (USTs) to inspect their equipment for corrosion in order to prevent leaks after a just-released agency report found moderate to severe corrosion occurring in USTs storing ultra-low sulfur diesel.
