EPA appears to be looking to the "electronics community" for answers and action to address what proponents for responsible electronic recycling (e-recycling) say is the growing problem of cathode ray tube (CRT) stockpiling by some parties, even as the proponents say their top priority is for regulators to uniformly enforce EPA's CRT rule.
