SAB Concerns, Personnel Changes Delay Input On Using EJ In EPA Rules

EPA Science Advisory Board (SAB) members' lingering concerns over whether EPA can incorporate environmental justice (EJ) as a factor in rulemakings, coupled with the departure of SAB's chairman, are delaying the finalization of recommendations EPA officials are waiting on to finalize long-pending guidance on addressing EJ in rules.
