With EPA Rules In Effect, Murkowski Seeks To Refine GHG Delay Language

Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) is seeking to amend Sen. Jay Rockefeller's bill (D-WV) delaying for two years EPA's greenhouse gas (GHG) authority to address issues that have arisen because the agency's rules are now in effect, including how to address permits still in the works once any delay expires and what to do about states that have changed laws or rules to impose EPA GHG limits.
