House Republicans Offer Suite Of FY11 Budget Riders To Stymie EPA Rules

House Republicans are seeking to undo an array of EPA regulations via amendments to the chambers fiscal year 2011 continuing resolution (CR), which will be debated on the floor beginning Feb. 15, including its air toxics rules for cement plants and industrial boilers, its waivers allowing 15 percent ethanol fuel blends (E15) and its strict new policies regarding mountaintop mining.
