EPA Weighs Nixing 'Non-Crop' Term To Better Tailor Pesticide Risk Studies
EPA is mulling whether to get rid of the term "non-cropland" -- which the agency uses on pesticide labels to describe their non-agricultural applications -- in an effort to reduce uncertainty from local and state regulators on where chemicals can be applied and on how to better fine tune agency risk assessments for certain pesticides.
