Chamber Urges EPA To Retract Perchlorate Decision, Citing Monitoring Flaws

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is urging EPA to withdraw its landmark decision to regulate perchlorate months before the agency is slated to propose a health goal for any future regulation, charging in a recent petition that almost one-third of the data EPA used in its determination violate monitoring requirements for unregulated contaminants.
