Vitter, Gillibrand Plan Discussions On Bipartisan TSCA Reform Measure

Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY), the designated successor to the late Sen. Frank Lautenberg (D-NJ) in leading Democratic efforts to reform the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), is expected to hold talks with her Republican counterpart, Sen. David Vitter (R-LA), on the issue as soon as June 5, according to a Capitol Hill source.
