Amid Criticism, Rep. Hall Pushes Bill To Reform EPA Peer Review Panels

Rep. Ralph Hall (R-TX), chairman of the House science committee, is pushing a bill he co-authored with other committee Republicans to reform EPA's scientific peer review process to address long-standing industry concerns, but an author of a report that the GOP claims is the basis for the bill is raising concerns about the legislation's partisan creation.
