EPA Pressured To Examine DuPont Spinoff's RCRA Financial Assurances

Environmental groups are pressuring EPA to examine whether a new company that was once part of DuPont meets financial assurance requirements under the Resource Conservation & Recovery Act (RCRA) for legacy contamination from perfluorochemical (PFC) manufacturing at a West Virginia plant.
