SACRAMENTO, CA -- California air board officials are planning to push EPA to strengthen its proposed Phase 2 greenhouse gas (GHG) rules for medium- and heavy-duty trucks, including speeding compliance deadlines, tightening engine standards, capturing more trailer types and offering incentives for manufacturers to deploy advanced technologies.
