Water Resources Group Eyes 'Network' To Improve State, Federal Planning

A major water resources management organization is organizing a "peer network" of state regulators working on water quality and supply planning, hoping to pool technical, data and funding techniques in order to improve states' water resources planning efforts to meet both state needs and also requirements from EPA and other federal agencies.
