D.C. Circuit Poised To Hear Suit Over EPA RFS Biodiesel Import Approval

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit is poised to hear oral argument Oct. 27 in a suit filed by U.S. biodiesel producers over EPA's approval for Argentinian biodiesel imports to have access to the U.S. market under the renewable fuel standard (RFS), which the U.S. producers say should not be allowed.
