EJ ACTIVISTS LAUNCH NEW STRATEGY IN PESTICIDE SUIT OVER AIR EMISSIONS

California environmental justice (EJ) advocates have advanced their suit alleging the state's Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) has failed to live up to its obligations under the Clean Air Act to reduce emissions from pesticide sprays.
