ENVIRONMENTALISTS SEE HOUSE VOTES TO DEFEAT ANWR IN BUDGET BILL

Environmentalists believe they may be close to convincing enough House lawmakers to vote against an upcoming budget bill because of concerns that it would allow oil exploration in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge (ANWR).
