EPA ISSUES GUIDANCE FOR CLEAN AIR CREDIT THROUGH VOLUNTARY EFFORTS

EPA has issued a guidance that allows states to win credit for reducing emissions in their clean air plans through use of innovative voluntary and emerging measures.
