INDUSTRY, LAWMAKERS ASK EPA TO CLARIFY AIR RULES FOR AGRICULTURE

Agriculture groups are drafting a petition asking EPA to exempt some animal feeding operations from reporting air emissions under Superfund law, at the same time that House lawmakers included related language in EPA's spending bill.
