OIL INDUSTRY SEEKS TO DELAY, RELAX EPA'S LOW-SULFUR DIESEL RULE

Oil industry officials are urging EPA to delay by as much as one year the agency's upcoming low-sulfur diesel standard, and are calling on the agency to raise allowable sulfur levels several parts per million (ppm) higher than EPA's 15 ppm standard, according to sources tracking the issue.
