Biden signs methane CRA measure, reinstating Obama EPA rules

President Joe Biden has signed into law a Capitol Hill resolution that reinstates the Obama EPA’s oil and gas methane standards, a measure that likely will bolster the agency’s plan to issue tough standards for the potent greenhouse gas from new and existing equipment.
