CEQ poised to release major CCUS permitting report

The White House Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) is poised to release a congressionally mandated report on how to accelerate permitting for infrastructure needed to support carbon capture, use and storage (CCUS) projects, according to an official with the agency.
