Challengers file arguments in suit against California auto GHG waiver

Republican-led states and other critics are floating their initial arguments in litigation challenging EPA’s re-issued preemption waiver for California’s vehicle greenhouse gas rules, with several groups arguing the Clean Air Act’s 50-year-old process for granting such waivers is unconstitutional.
