DOE issues supplemental plan on efficiency standards ‘process’

The Energy Department (DOE) is issuing a supplemental proposal to broaden its effort to roll back major elements of the Trump administration’s “process rule” that critics say created hurdles to strengthening appliance energy efficiency standards.
