DOE plans supplemental efficiency plan for manufactured housing

The Energy Department (DOE) in the coming weeks will issue a supplemental proposed rule for a long-pending effort to set energy efficiency standards for manufactured housing, with officials planning to support the proposal with a rigorous environmental review.
