House panel sets June 10 markup of CRA methane resolution

The House Energy and Commerce Committee has scheduled a June 10 markup date for a resolution to scrap the Trump administration’s rollback of EPA’s methane emissions standards for oil and gas facilities, in preparation for a long-expected House vote to repeal the standards using the Congressional Review Act.
