Major oil refiners eye expansion into renewable fuels

Major oil companies are reportedly planning to retool their refineries to capture part of what could be a quickly growing market for various types of renewable fuel, with the firms hoping to secure future tax incentives for low-carbon jet fuel and generate compliance credits under biofuel programs run by EPA and California.
