New Mexico governor to seek LCFS in 2021 legislative session

New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham (D) is seeking passage this year of legislation establishing a low-carbon fuel standard (LCFS) to help lower transportation-related greenhouse gas emissions in the state, though officials do not plan to link the program with other states that have already established such standards.
