OMB begins review of ‘specific’ updates to GHG reporting rule

The White House Office of Management & Budget (OMB) has begun formal inter-agency review of a long-awaited draft EPA proposal to make a series of “specific” revisions to the agency’s greenhouse gas reporting program in an effort to improve the program’s emissions data.
