White House preps guidance for clean energy procurement

The White House Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) is advancing a guidance for how federal agencies should achieve sweeping clean energy and low-carbon transportation procurement goals that President Joe Biden outlined in a December executive order (EO). According to the White House Office of Management & Budget’s website , it began inter-agency review of CEQ’s draft guidance on May 12.
