Youth climate plaintiffs will not seek high court appeal

Youth plaintiffs who allege the federal government is violating their constitutional rights by promoting fossil fuels have opted not to seek Supreme Court review of an appeals court decision dismissing their case on procedural grounds, and instead will focus on trying to amend their complaint in federal district court.
