4th Circuit Again Sends Baltimore’s Climate Nuisance Suit To State Court

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit is upholding its original decision to send Baltimore’s climate change nuisance suit against oil majors back to state court where it was originally filed and not keep it in federal court where the industry “removed” it, after reconsidering and rejecting all of the industry’s arguments for removal.
