Agencies See Quick Action On Some Climate Rules, Delays For Others

The Biden administration is projecting that it could soon issue climate-related proposals regarding transportation projects, oil and gas facilities on federal lands and refrigerants that act as potent greenhouse gases, even as officials are forecasting lengthier timelines for high-profile power plant and methane rules.
