Appropriators Seek Ramped-Up DOE Industrial Decarbonization Efforts

House appropriators are embracing Department of Energy (DOE) efforts to ramp up demonstration projects for technologies to decarbonize the industrial sector, even as they are pressing officials to craft appropriate criteria for managing possible environmental risks of one such technology, carbon capture and storage (CCS).
