Biden Officials Propose EV Charger Rule, Create EV Advisory Panel

The Biden administration is following through with planned steps to spur broader adoption of electric vehicles (EV), releasing a proposed rule with minimum standards for chargers funded by last year’s infrastructure law, while announcing a federal advisory panel that will recommend steps for further EV deployment, as also required by that law.
