California lawmakers are advancing legislation that aims to significantly bolster the use of “green hydrogen” as a zero-emissions fuel for an array of energy, industrial and transportation purposes, despite opposition from an environmental justice (EJ) group and concerns from environmentalists about potential adverse pollution impacts.
