CEQ Finds ‘Robust’ Regulatory Framework To Boost CCUS Deployment

The White House Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) is finding a “robust” existing regulatory framework to begin deploying carbon capture, use and storage (CCUS) in a new report to Congress that also makes recommendations for how to improve current processes to scale up the technology as a key aspect of the administration’s climate policy.
