CEQ Readies Guidance Sought By Congress To Speed CCUS Projects

The White House Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) is readying a congressionally mandated guidance to speed review of carbon capture, utilization and sequestration (CCUS) projects, with the effort aimed at streamlining permitting under multiple environmental statutes.
