Climate Groups Push For Broader GHG, EJ Disclosures In SEC Proposal

Climate change advocacy groups are asking the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to close gaps in its proposed climate-related disclosure rule, pushing for increased disclosure of “scope 3” greenhouse gas emissions and environmental justice (EJ) practices like community engagement.
