District Judge Reverses Prior Order, Routes Climate Case To State Court

A federal district court judge has reversed his earlier ruling that a climate change nuisance case brought by Oakland and San Francisco belongs in federal court, and is now concluding that the suit can proceed in state court after his earlier ruling was rejected on appeal.
