DOT Poised To Propose Transportation GHG Performance Measure

The White House has concluded inter-agency review of a Department of Transportation (DOT) draft proposal that would codify a method for measuring and reporting greenhouse gas emissions from surface transportation projects, after environmental groups had been pressing for release of the plan.
