DOT Uses Debt Law Power To Adopt DOE’s EV Charger NEPA Exclusion

The Transportation Department (DOT) is for the first time using new authority in this year’s debt limit law to adopt another agency’s categorical exclusion (CE) that exempts many federally supported electric vehicle (EV) charging stations from detailed environmental review.
