EDF, GM Float ‘Principles’ For EPA’s Planned Multipollutant Auto Rules

Environmental Defense Fund (EDF) and General Motors (GM) are floating a set of “principles” for EPA’s next round of multipollutant standards for passenger vehicles, pressing the agency to quickly develop the rules and to chart a path to meeting the Biden administration’s goal of having 50 percent electric vehicle (EV) sales by 2030.
