EPA Defends HFC Credit Allocation From Refrigerant Company’s Challenge

EPA is defending its allocation of credits to a Georgia refrigerant manufacturer as part of its phasedown of climate-warming hydrofluorocarbon (HFC), asserting, in response to the company’s suit that tests the agency’s allocation system, that its calculations were sufficiently transparent and consistent with the statute.
