EPA Expands NEPA Exclusions To Landfill, Wastewater Methane Projects

The Biden administration is continuing efforts to streamline environmental review procedures for particular low-carbon technologies, with EPA moving to exempt methane-recovery projects installed at landfills and wastewater treatment facilities from detailed review mandates.
